Faye Benfield's work experience begins in 2001, working as a Project Coordinator and later as a Business Affairs Manager at Inside Broadcast, Instrumental Media Group. From 2005 to 2006, they worked as a New Media Officer at Comic Relief. Faye then joined RMIT University in a role as an Account Manager from 2007 to 2009.

From 2009 to 2010, Faye worked at HomeMade Digital Ltd as a Digital Project Manager, managing website builds, digital fundraising campaigns, and providing clients with CMS training and support. Faye then moved to Comic Relief in 2010 and served in various roles including Project Manager/Producer, Interim Digital Team Lead, and Senior/Product Manager until 2018.

Their responsibilities at Comic Relief involved leading, delivering and managing digital projects and campaigns, including the Red Nose Day and Sport Relief campaigns. Faye also developed high-performing product teams and managed online donation platforms.

In 2018, Faye joined Parkinson's UK as the Head of Product and Delivery, where they built a mature team, oversaw budget management, introduced OKRs, and advised senior leadership on best practices and progressive approaches. Faye left the company in 2022.

In 2022, Faye Benfield held the role of People-centred Leader at Actively seeking opportunities, where they focused on delivering results through building products, processes, services, and strategies in purpose-led organizations.

Currently, Faye is working as an Engagement Delivery Manager at Armakuni, where they ensure smooth engagement processes, manages the success of delivery outcomes, and partners with clients to provide optimum value and satisfaction.

Faye Benfield completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Communication and Media Studies from Brunel University, where they attended from 1998 to 2002.
