Armaris – Safer Recruitment. Inspection Ready.

Safer recruitment in regulated sectors isn’t just an HR process — it’s a safeguarding responsibility.

Missed DBS renewals. Incomplete references. SCR inconsistencies.
These aren’t admin errors. They’re inspection risks.

Armaris is a compliance-first safer recruitment platform built specifically for UK schools, MATs, and children’s residential care providers.

Unlike generic HR software, Armaris was designed by operators within the children’s care sector who understand first-hand what Ofsted scrutiny looks like.

We help organisations:

• Track DBS checks and renewal cycles
• Manage Single Central Record (SCR) compliance
• Structure safer recruitment workflows
• Store compliant evidence securely
• Prepare confidently for inspection

Armaris doesn’t just digitise recruitment.
It creates an auditable safeguarding trail.

When inspection day comes, your recruitment process shouldn’t cause anxiety.

It should demonstrate control.
