Johnny Reid has a diverse work experience that spans multiple companies and roles. Johnny began their career at Biotech Partners Inc as a Program Coordinator at Berkeley High School, where they were responsible for curriculum development, report writing, and coordinating field trips and workshops for students.

Afterwards, they joined Bolt Threads as a Laboratory Technician, where they played a pivotal role in building and improving the biology lab. Johnny was responsible for tasks such as lab organization, sterilization requests, and consolidating standard operating procedures.
