Kurt Seelbach

Kurt Seelbach is a seasoned insurance executive with extensive experience in leadership roles within the industry. As the Retired CEO of Armed Forces Insurance since June 2008, Kurt has been at the helm of a national personal lines insurance company specializing in property and casualty insurance products for the military market across the United States. Prior to this role, Kurt served as President & COO, overseeing a company with revenues of $90 million and assets of $150 million. Before joining Armed Forces Insurance, Kurt held significant positions at Hortica Insurance & Employee Benefits from 1987 to July 2007, including Senior Vice President & COO and Executive Vice President, where responsibilities included serving as CFO from 1987 to 1998 and leading Sales & Marketing from 1999 to 2007. Kurt Seelbach holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Illinois State University, earned between 1974 and 1978.
