Laroy Brisco

LaRoy Brisco is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in leadership and contract management. Currently serving as a Contract Specialist at the Armed Forces Retirement Home since April 2015, LaRoy also holds a position with the US Navy as a Senior Leadership Curriculum Developer, focusing on leadership facilitation. Previous experience includes serving as a Chief Utilitiesman and NJROTC instructor at Calera High School. LaRoy's educational background includes a Doctor of Education in Behavioral Aspects of Health from Grand Canyon University, a Master of Education in Social Sciences from Concordia University-Portland, an Associate of Arts in Building Construction Technology from Coastline College, and a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences from the University of Maryland.
