Joshua Rogers

Joshua Rogers is an experienced operations manager currently overseeing internal operations at the Armed Services Arts Partnership (ASAP) since August 2025, focusing on providing free art and comedy classes to military-affiliated individuals. Previous roles include serving as Coordinator for the Community Liaison Office at the U.S. Consulate in Melbourne, Program Specialist in Political and Military Affairs, and Administrative Rover at the U.S. Department of State. Joshua also held positions as Executive Assistant at Burson-Marsteller and organized efforts for Hillary for America during the 2016 Presidential Election. Additional experience includes roles in public service and education, as well as a strong background in international organizations through the International Model United Nations Association. Joshua holds a Master’s Degree in Global Governance, Politics, and Security from American University and a Bachelor's Degree in International Studies from Georgia Southern University.
