Amy Jenks

Amy Jenks has a strong background in business analysis and subject matter expertise. Amy worked at Armedia as a Senior Business Analyst from 2019 to the present. Prior to that, they were with IBM from 2012 to 2019, where they served as a Child Welfare Subject Matter Expert and Senior Business Analyst for the DCF FSFN Project. Amy also worked as a Senior Business Analyst at Citizens Property Insurance Corporation from 2011 to 2012 and as a Senior Business Analyst at CGI from 2010 to 2011. In 2009, they were a Business Analyst at Citizens Property Insurance Corporation. Amy's early career includes a role as a Service Management Team Lead for the DCF FSFN Project at CGI from 2006 to 2009, where they facilitated Joint Application Design Sessions and provided support to the development and testing teams.

Amy Jenks attended Florida State University from 2001 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting.
