Armenian Progressive Youth
Eleonora Sargsyan is an experienced project manager currently working at Armenian Progressive Youth since April 2023. Sargsyan also serves as a trainer at Erasmus Student Network Yerevan since August 2022. Previous roles include program manager and associate program manager at Armenian Code Academy from December 2022 to November 2023, lead expert and soft skills trainer at Armenian Progressive Youth from May 2021 to January 2023, researcher at Paradigma Educational Foundation from August 2021 to February 2022, and human resources generalist at Envirotech Armenia from July 2021 to November 2021. Earlier experience includes working as a recruitment specialist at Teach For Armenia from September 2020 to June 2021. Sargsyan holds a Master's degree in Philosophy from Yerevan State University (2019-2021) and is currently pursuing a Continuous Learning Education degree focused on Leadership and Community Impact at George Mason University (January 2024 - October 2024), with prior education including a BA in Philosophy from Yerevan State University (2015-2019) and studies at the University of Bucharest (January 2020 - July 2020).

Armenian Progressive Youth
APY is a youth organization based in Yerevan, Armenia. APY was officially founded in 2009 by a group of like-minded young people and students whose paths crossed on the implementation of joint initiatives. We are a non-profit, non-political organization aiming to support, inspire and engage young people from Armenia and all over the world to develop their social leadership skills, to take their civic responsibility and to act as change-makers. Through different projects, initiatives and non-formal education tools we help young people to succeed, ensuring that they develop the knowledge, skills, attitudes and competences to fit to the modern world.
