Joe Seaman

Joe Seaman has extensive experience in the field of information technology, particularly in cyber security. Since June 2002, Joe has held various positions at the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT), including Solutions Architect and System Engineer, and previously worked as a Technical Intern. In addition, Joe has been a Consultant at Domino Technologies, Inc. since May 2006. Joe obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology with a focus on Cyber Security from Central Penn College between July 2003 and May 2006.
