Bill Berendes

Bill Berendes has worked in the technology industry for over 30 years. Bill began their career in 1990 as an Implementation Manager/Implementation Project Manager at Supra Products. In 2002, they joined GE Security as a Technical Support/Training Manager and Customer Operations Manager. In 2009, they moved to Viewpoint Construction Software as the VP Support Services. In 2016, they joined ARMLS (Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service, Inc.) as the Chief Operating Officer and Director of Operations. In their roles, they have managed teams of up to 120 people, implemented quantitative metrics reporting systems, developed and deployed new team member training programs, established relationships with each Association, improved trust and collaboration, implemented team-wide chat programs, established a strong relationship with a primary software vendor, and mentored direct and non-direct reports.

Bill Berendes obtained a BS in Business Administration from Utah State University between 1984 and 1988. Bill also holds certifications from the Council of Multiple Listing Services (CMLS) for CMLX 1 and CMLX 2, as well as a Six Sigma Green Belt.
