Teresa Moore has a diverse work experience, beginning in 1997 as a Board Certified Family Practice Physician at SCHS Inc. Teresa then went on to work as the President and CEO at Satori Medical Center from 2001 to 2007. In 2005, they became a self-employed Independent Writing and Editing Professional. In 2008, Teresa joined Centra Medical Group Keysville as a Physician until 2017. During this time, they also served as the Regional Medical Director Primary Care Farmville Area at Centra Medical Group from 2014 to 2016. In 2017, Teresa took on the role of Vice President of Networking and Educational Development at Turning Point Healing Retreat Center. Currently, they are the Medical Director at Armor Correctional Health Services.
Teresa Moore attended North Carolina State University from 1986 to 1990, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with a focus on genetics. Following their undergraduate studies, they enrolled in the Wake Forest University School of Medicine, from which their education concluded. Teresa completed their medical training and obtained a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree, specializing in the field of medicine.
