Jim Ibarra

Jim Ibarra has a wealth of experience in manufacturing and engineering roles. Jim started their career at General Signal Corporation as a Manager of Industrial Engineering and Production Control in 1967. Jim then moved on to Harris Corporation, where they held various positions including Manager of Manufacturing Engineering and Production Planning/Control, and later Senior Operations Manager. Since 1993, Jim has been with IIMAK, where they have held the positions of Director of Plant & Manufacturing Engineering, VP of Program Management, and currently serves as the Senior VP of US Manufacturing.

Jim Ibarra received their AAS degree in Industrial Technology from Erie County Technical Institute in 1968. Jim then went on to earn a BS in Business from the University of Rochester in 1972. From 1972 to 1976, they attended the University of Rochester - Simon Business School, where they obtained an MBA in Business.
