Susan Gramlich

Susan Gramlich is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer service and marketing within the product sector. Currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Customer Service for North America at ARMOR-IIMAK since January 2012, Susan has also held the role of Marketing Product Specialist. Previously, Susan worked at IIMAK from July 1998 to January 2011, where responsibilities included Sr. Buyer/Planner after initially starting in sales in 1997 and transitioning through production planning and purchasing. Susan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Niagara University, earned between 1984 and 1988.
