Tony Connradt is an accomplished Industrial Digital Manager with over 21 years of experience at ARMOR-IIMAK, overseeing the development of a specialized industrial IT team and driving automation processes across 14 international sites. With expertise in a wide range of technologies, including equipment connectivity and data integration, Tony has successfully implemented significant improvements in production systems, notably reducing customer lead times and enhancing service levels. Previously, as the Change Management Lead at ARMOR GROUP, Tony managed the organizational impact and training for the implementation of SAP ERP modules. Tony holds a Diplôme d'ingénieur in General Engineering from Icam - Institut Catholique d'Arts et Métiers.
