Tony Demaria

Tony DeMaria is a seasoned entrepreneur and real estate professional based in Tallahassee, boasting extensive experience in various sectors. Since August 2016, Tony has operated as the owner of Black Creek Booksellers. Concurrently, from May 2015, Tony serves as a real estate agent at Armor Realty of Tallahassee, Inc. Previous roles include property manager at Railroad Square Art Park from February 2012 to February 2015 and owner of Simple Green is People Booksellers from August 2004 to August 2010. Tony also held a position as district manager at Hancock Fabrics from October 1989 to April 2003. Educated at Tallahassee State College with an Associate of Arts degree and a high school diploma from SAIL High School, Tony is a native of Tallahassee and has a strong connection to the local arts community.
