Armor Train is an independent game studio building mobile action-strategy games designed to be replayed - the kind of projects we'd want to play ourselves.

Our main title, Lost Train: Path of Rudra, is a free-to-play PvE action-strategy game where you command an armored train fighting its way through hostile territory. It blends tactical, real-time combat with a deep gear-merging meta-progression - every run ends with you a little stronger and one step closer to the wall that stopped you last time.

We're a small core team with a track record on titles that have reached tens of millions of players and $100M+ in annual revenue, including work at Gaijin Entertainment (War Thunder) and Mundfish (Atomic Heart). That experience shapes how we build: combat that feels good first, systems that keep players coming back, and a release pipeline driven by real retention and acquisition data rather than guesswork.

We're currently bringing Lost Train: Path of Rudra to playable demo and beyond. If you're a publisher, investor, or player who likes what we're making - we'd love to talk.
