Katie Ifergan

Katie Ifergan is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer experience, training, and community engagement. Currently serving as the Manager of Copy, CX at ARMRA since December 2024, Katie previously held various roles at Daily Harvest, where significant accomplishments included developing customer experience training programs, authoring customer-facing content, and leading a Care team that raised service quality. Prior to that, Katie contributed to community initiatives as the Community Giving Manager at Lagunitas Brewing Company, managing numerous nonprofit fundraisers and events. Earlier roles included marketing coordination, studio management, and training leadership across various organizations, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in customer service and operational effectiveness. Katie holds a B.S. in Hotel Restaurant and Institution Management from Iowa State University.
