Sandy Sloan has worked in the customer service industry for over a decade. Sandy began their career in 2010 as a Team Leader at Alpine Access. Two years later, they were promoted to Team Manager at Apple, a position they held for 10 years. In 2022, they were appointed Director of Customer Success at ARMRA.
Sandy Sloan holds a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from the Universidad de Puerto Rico and attended Colegio nuestra señora del carmen.
