Reginald Modisaotsile

Reginald Modisaotsile is currently the Deputy Director of Defence Departmental Policy and has held various roles at the Department of Defense since 2005, including HR Assistant Director. They have extensive experience in developing and implementing HR policies, providing strategic advice, and mentoring junior staff. Reginald also works as an Assistant Director at Armscor Defence, focusing on HR policies related to performance management and recruitment. They hold a BTech in Human Resource and additional qualifications from the Cape Peninsula University of Technology and the University of South Africa.
