Jeffrey Scafidi

Jeffrey Scafidi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in emergency services and operations management. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Strategy and Planning at Armstrong Ambulance since December 2019, Jeffrey has also held positions as Director of Business Operations at the same company and EMS Manager at St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center. With a long-standing commitment to public service, Jeffrey has been a firefighter with the Waltham Fire Department since August 2000. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Logistics and Planning at Armstrong Ambulance and Operations Manager at American Medical Response. Jeffrey's educational background includes a BS in Business Administration and Management from Northeastern University, an AS in Fire Science from Middlesex Community College, and a Paramedic qualification from the Institute for Emergency Medical Service, along with certifications from the Massachusetts Fire Fighting Academy.
