Karl has expertise in recruiting for various sectors such as IT, software, information security, business change, finance, cyber security/risk, HR, engineering, and procurement. Karl Foat has worked with blue-chip clients and has experience in stakeholder management, defining hiring processes, team training, recruitment advertising, and developing recruitment strategies.

Karl Foat attended Lathom High School from 2003 to 2008 where they obtained their GCSE. Karl then pursued their A Level at Winstanley College from 2008 to 2010. After that, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Studies and Public Relations at Liverpool John Moores University from 2010 to 2013.
