Brian Speizer

Brian Speizer has extensive work experience in the engineering and manufacturing industry. Brian started their career at Armstrong World Industries in various positions from 1994 to 2002. Brian then worked as a Plant Manager for several years before taking on the role of Six Sigma Black Belt - Corporate. In 2004, they became a Plant Manager again and later transitioned to the position of Manufacturing Process Specialist. From 2012 to 2016, Brian served as the Manager of Engineering & M.T.S., Resilient, overseeing capital planning and supporting productivity initiatives. Brian then became the Director of Engineering & M.T.S., Resilient, before joining Armstrong Flooring, Inc. as the Director of Manufacturing Technical Services. Currently, they are the Director of Engineering at Armstrong Flooring, Inc., where they lead a cross-functional team of Engineers and Designers and manages global capital management and engineering project reviews.

Brian Speizer attended Virginia Tech from 1990 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering.
