Prior to this, Karl was the Quality Group Leader at Norton Motorcycles and worked as a Quality Engineer at Adient, Fablink Group, and Caterpillar Inc. Additionally, Karl has experience as a Quality Auditor at KABY ENGINEERS LIMITED and Caterpillar Inc., contributing to a strong foundation in quality assurance and engineering practices.
