Michael also held positions at CIRCOR Energy as the Americas Sales Leader and Regional Sales Manager. In addition, they worked at Pentair Valves & Controls (formerly Tyco Flow Control) as a Senior Sales Manager, Americas Business Development Manager, and Industry Marketing Manager. Before entering the industrial sector, they worked as a Regional Sales Manager at Mitsubishi Caterpillar Forklift America. Their earlier experience includes working as an Account Executive at BBDO Worldwide.

Michael Goertz attended Texas Tech University from 1995 to 1999, where they studied Marketing and obtained a degree in the same field.
