Pam Meadows

Pam Meadows, MBA, is a seasoned Corporate Accounting Executive with extensive experience in finance and accounting across various industries, including professional services and corporate healthcare. They served as Corporate Controller and VP of Finance at Kellen Company from 2007 to 2023, where they led financial strategies, managed global accounting operations, and mentored accounting leaders. Currently, Pam is the Controller at The Armstrong Company and is pursuing an MBA and two Bachelor's degrees in Business Administration with concentrations in Marketing and Accounting from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Additionally, they actively contribute to the Accounting & Financial Women’s Alliance, serving on the national board and holding multiple leadership roles within the organization.
