Byron Francis

Byron Francis has extensive legal experience, serving as a Partner at Armstrong Teasdale LLP since January 1977, specializing in construction law and representing contractors, material suppliers, design professionals, and owners. Prior to this role, Byron was Counsel at the Missouri Public Service Commission from May 1974 to December 1976. Byron holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law (1971-1974) and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The Wharton School (1967-1971).
