Erin Edelman

Erin Edelman is a Partner and Leader of the Restructuring, Insolvency, and Bankruptcy practice at Armstrong Teasdale LLP, where since March 2016, Erin has focused on counseling clients in bankruptcy and commercial litigation matters, representing debtors, secured lenders, and unsecured creditors in maximizing returns through bankruptcy or out-of-court restructuring. Prior to this role, Erin served as a Partner and Associate, gaining experience in leveraging bankruptcy and creditor-debtor relationships, as well as handling real estate litigation. Erin’s legal foundation includes a position as an Attorney at Carmody MacDonald P.C., where a concentration in general litigation was developed, alongside a judicial externship at the Missouri Court of Appeals. Erin holds a Doctor of Law degree from Saint Louis University - School of Law and dual degrees in Journalism and Political Science from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
