Michael C. Witsch

Michael Witsch is a partner at Armstrong Teasdale LLP, where since September 2018, the focus has been on complex commercial litigation, government investigations, and white-collar criminal defense, with extensive experience in trial and appellate representation for both individuals and corporate entities. Prior to this role, Witsch served as an associate at Montgomery McCracken Walker & Rhoads LLP from December 2015 to September 2018, handling corporate and commercial litigation, white-collar matters, and government investigations. Witsch began their legal career as an Assistant District Attorney in the Appeals Unit at the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office from November 2012 to November 2015, leading approximately one hundred and fifty appeals and addressing various civil litigation matters. Witsch earned a Juris Doctor degree from Temple University - James E. Beasley School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the College of the Holy Cross.
