Andy Poole

Andy Poole serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Armstrong Watson, a top 30 firm of accountants, business, and financial advisers, since May 2011. In this role, Andy ensures operational excellence across all service lines and maintains high service standards for clients. Previously, Andy held positions as Legal Sector Partner and Legal Sector Director, focusing on law firm mergers, strategy, and training. As a founder member of the Association of Law Firm Merger Advisers, Andy contributes to reducing risks in the merger process for solicitors' firms. Andy's earlier experience includes serving as Solicitor Services Director and Audit Senior at Hawsons Chartered Accountants. Andy holds a BSc degree from The University of Sheffield.
