Michael Morris

Michael Morris is an Audit Partner at Armstrong Watson, having joined in February 2024, bringing over 25 years of experience in the accountancy sector. Previously, Michael served as an Audit Partner at UNW for 14 years, where Michael also held the role of Head of Audit and Assurance, working with prominent businesses in the North East and Cumbria. Prior to that, Michael spent 13 years at Deloitte, starting in 1996 with Touche Ross and gaining extensive experience with mid-corporate and owner-managed businesses. Michael's portfolio includes a diverse range of entrepreneurial, privately owned, and PE-backed businesses as well as subsidiaries of overseas-owned groups. Education includes attendance at Whitley Bay High and Valley Gardens Middle School.
