Heather Grossman

Heather Grossman is an experienced administrative professional with a diverse background in office management, accounts payable, and customer service. Currently serving as a Senior Administrative Assistant at Armstrong World Industries since July 2021, Grossman previously held positions at Biola University, including Budget Coordinator and Administrative Assistant within the School of Cinema and Media Arts. Over a career spanning more than three decades, Grossman has developed expertise in financial documentation, vendor communication, and project support, with earlier roles in accounts payable at both Biola University and Abbey Home Health Care Inc. Grossman is pursuing a degree in Communications at Coastline College while maintaining connections with Biola University as an alumna.
