Jita Mondal

Jita Mondal is a seasoned engineering professional with a diverse background in robotics, automation, and manufacturing processes. Currently serving as a Senior Project Engineer in R&D at Armstrong World Industries since November 2023, Jita focuses on machine learning, AI solutions, sensor technologies, and robotics. Prior experience includes a role as Manufacturing Process Engineer - Electrical at Schindler Elevator Corporation, where responsibilities encompassed manufacturing process management at the Hanover Plant. Jita has also held various engineering roles at York Exponential, leading robotic system deployments, design, and programming efforts, alongside experience in academia as a Lead Instructor at The Fortress Academy. With a Master's in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University and significant contributions in project management, control systems, and team leadership, Jita is committed to advancing technology and supporting educational initiatives.
