Kathy Martin

Kathy Martin has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as Manager of Talent Acquisition at Armstrong World Industries since July 2015. Previous roles include Lead Recruitment Business Partner at both Armstrong World Industries and Sevenstep, and Corporate Recruiter at Parsons Brinckerhoff, where responsibilities included managing recruitment strategies, coordinating college outreach programs, and ensuring compliance with EEO and affirmative action programs. Earlier in the career, Kathy also held the position of Human Resources Field Representative at Dollar General, supporting recruitment processes and employee relations across multiple states. Kathy holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.
