Michael Lorenz

Michael Lorenz has extensive work experience in various roles at Armstrong World Industries and NCR Corporation. At Armstrong World Industries, they held positions such as Senior Director of Technology, Director of Innovation, and Director of Capital Engineering. Michael also served as a Senior Manager and Project Manager in the New Process Innovation and Building Products divisions. Additionally, they worked as a Commodity Manager and Lean Deployment Manager in the Flooring Products division. Prior to joining Armstrong World Industries, Michael worked at NCR Corporation, where they held roles such as R&D Manager, EMEA Manufacturing Project Manager, Operations Support, and Sr Principal Engineer.

Michael Lorenz received their Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Thomas More University between 1986 and 1991. Michael then pursued further education and completed their Masters of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University from 1991 to 1993.
