Brad Schake has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as Army Officer in the US Army from 1997 to 2008. During their time in the Army, they served in various leadership roles and received advanced technical training in computer information systems and network operations. In 2003, they joined IUP Research Institute as a Systems Analyst and eventually became an IT Project Officer/Program Manager. In 2010, they joined Armstrong Group of Companies and held multiple positions, including Lead IT Systems Analyst and Director of Strategic Initiatives and Process Improvement. From 2016 to 2019, they served as the Director of Business Intelligence at Armstrong, before transitioning to their current role as the Director of Field Operations, where they lead and coordinates a team of 500 field operations employees across multiple states. Additionally, they are responsible for leading Armstrong's high potential leadership development program called "Top Ops".
Brad Schake attended PennWest Clarion from 1999 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Education. Additionally, they also attended the U.S. Army Signal School, although the specific timeframe, degree, and field of study are unknown.
