Brian Whitford

Brian Whitford has a diverse work experience in the communications industry spanning over three decades. Brian currently serves as the Director of Network Operations Center and Field Operations at Lingo Communications since June 2021. Brian also worked as a Switch Operations Supervisor at Cellular One from August 1995 to September 1997, overseeing daily operations of Lucent 5ESS switches in the Baltimore and Washington DC service area.

Before entering the telecommunications field, Brian served in the US Navy from September 1986 to May 1994 as a Radioman E-5 2318 NEC Tech Controller. During their military service, they gained valuable experience in technical and control operations.
