Roger Hughes

Roger Hughes has over 15 years of experience in the technology industry. Roger currently serves as the Director/Principal Engineer of Technology at Armstrong since January 2023. Prior to this, they held various roles at Armstrong Group of Companies, including Director of Plant Architectures and Technologies since December 2017 and Senior Engineer since November 2008.

Roger Hughes earned their AAS in Electronics Technology from Butler County Community College, where they studied from 1976 to 1978. Roger then pursued further education at Point Park University, earning their BSEET in Electrical Engineering and Communications from 2001 to 2005.
