Jeff Thompson

Jeff Thompson currently serves as Site Leader at Armtec Defense Technologies, a position held since July 2024. Previously, Jeff was the Director of Pellet Mill Operations at Dansons from June 2023 to September 2024 and held the role of Vice President of Operations at Service Offsite Solutions from October 2020 until June 2023. Jeff's extensive experience encompasses various manufacturing leadership roles, including Plant Manager at Enviva and Vice President of Manufacturing at Swanson Group Inc, where oversight included multiple plant sites in Oregon. Additional roles span General Manager of Lumber and Plywood at Roseburg Forest Products, Quality and Logistics Manager at Swanson Group Manufacturing, and Continuous Improvement Manager at Riley Creek Lumber Company. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Forest Resources from the University of Idaho, obtained in 1999.
