Laura Arena

Laura Arena is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in member engagement and student affairs. Currently serving as the Director of Member Engagement at the Army Aviation Association of America since May 2018, Laura previously held the position of Director of Greek Life at Sacred Heart University from June 2013 to April 2018, where responsibilities included advising over 15 Greek organizations and developing strategic plans to enhance student leadership and engagement. Laura's earlier experience includes serving as a Graduate Student Employee at New York University, where contributions involved advising over 44 student organizations and facilitating leadership programs. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Higher Education and Student Affairs from New York University and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Connecticut.
