Gary H Sutherland

Gary H Sutherland is the Founder and Managing Director of Employment Law Services (ELS) LTD, established in November 2008, which specializes in employment law and HR services. Additionally, Gary serves as a Detachment Commander (2Lt) with the Army Cadet Force since August 2021, overseeing cadet discipline and development. Previously, Gary held leadership roles as Regional Director for FORE Business Scotland, Board Trustee at Cancer Support Scotland and Stirling District Citizens Advice Bureau, and Director Consultant with BNI UK & Ireland. Earlier experience includes management positions at Virgin Media and operational roles in the British Army and staffing agencies. Gary is certified in Employment Law from the University of Strathclyde and holds an SCQF Level 10 qualification in the same field.
