Nicholas Burchell

Nicholas Burchell has extensive experience in educational leadership, currently serving as a Contingency Commander Captain and Senior Assistant Principal at the Army Cadet Force since September 2014 and as an Assistant Principal at Ark William Parker/Ark Alexandra Academy since August 2015. At Ark William Parker, oversight includes the academy's pastoral system, behaviour, attendance, and cultural ethos, alongside teaching English, Art, and Food Technology. Previous roles include Lead Practitioner Teaching and Learning at Helenswood Academy and Assistant Principal/Director of Operations at High Weald Academy. Additional experience encompasses coaching and training at Rugby Football Union and leadership positions in physical education and rugby coaching at various schools. Nicholas Burchell holds a Master's Degree in Leadership and Management from Canterbury Christ Church University, completed in 2014.
