Augustine Ngbede Elaigwu, MNSE, COREN has a long and varied work experience. From 2009 to 2021 they have held several positions in various companies. In 2009 they were an Industrial Trainee at Nigerian Television Authority. In 2011 they were an Intern at Telecoms Infrastructural Development Ltd. and a Computer Aided Design Engineer at BHP Engineering & Construction, L.P. From 2018 to 2021 they held three positions at Rensource Energy, including Energy Auditor / Design Engineer, Lead Design Engineer (Market Projects) and Design & Installation Engineer. In 2021 they were a Senior Energy Auditor at Starsight Energy and currently holds the position of Lead Solutions Architecture Engineer at Arnergy, where they design solar power and storage systems, prepares technical proposals, and supports the development of commercial proposals.

Augustine Ngbede Elaigwu, MNSE, COREN has a comprehensive education history. In 1997, they obtained their Senior Secondary Certificate from St Francis College Otukpo, Benue State, Nigeria in Sciences. Augustine Ngbede then went on to obtain their B.Eng in Electrical/Electronics Engineering from the University of Agriculture, Makurdi in 2011. In 2018, they obtained their Advanced Diploma in Purchasing and Supply Management from the University of Lagos. Additionally, they have obtained multiple certifications, such as a Fronius Service Partner from Fronius International GmbH in 2019, a Registered Engineer from the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria, COREN in 2018, a Corporate Member from The Nigerian Society of Engineers Victoria Island Branch in 2018, an Oil & Gas Piping and Facilities Management from Advanced School of Power, Oil & Gas (ASPOG) in 2018, an Energy 101; Energy Technology and Policy from The University of Texas System in 2013, a Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Level 2 from Project Management Professional Institute (PMPI) in 2012, and a Project Management Professional (PMP) Training Certificate from Project Management Professional Institute (PMPI) in 2012.
