Prudence Lai

Prudence Lai is a seasoned architect with extensive experience in the field, currently serving as Principal and Associate Director at Arney Fender Katsalidis (AFK Studios) since September 2018. Prior roles at AFK Studios include Associate and Project Architect. Previously, Prudence held positions such as Senior Architect and Architect at Benoy from November 2013 to September 2018. Initial career experience includes various roles as Architectural Assistant at Architecture Initiative and Rock Townsend. With a Master of Architecture degree from Cardiff University obtained in 2013, Prudence has cultivated a robust skill set throughout a diverse professional journey in architecture.
