Mr. Rhys serves on the Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee of the Company. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England & Wales and a former fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers in London. Before his retirement in 2003, Mr. Rhys was the Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer of The HongKong and Shanghai Hotels Limited.
