Andreea Moraru is a seasoned IT recruiter with substantial experience spanning multiple companies. Currently serving as a Senior IT Recruiter at Arnia Software since August 2016, Andreea specializes in various software technologies, including Microsoft .NET frameworks, Java, cloud technologies, mobile development, database management systems, and web solutions. Prior to this, from June 2018 to December 2022, Andreea worked as a Senior IT Recruiter at TechTalent, a staffing company in Bucharest that caters to Forbes 50 and Fortune 500 clients. Andreea’s earlier role as an IT Recruitment Partner for Europe at Misys from October 2015 to October 2016 provided valuable experience in the financial services sector. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy and Educational Sciences from Transilvania University of Brasov and secondary education from Andrei Muresanu High School.
