Jonathan Milner

Jonathan Milner is a partner of the firm’s dispute resolution & litigation and restructuring & insolvency practice groups in Sydney.

He has been involved in some of Australia’s largest and most public commercial matters, including a range of corporate regulatory inquiries and investigations and white-collar crime.

Jonathan has been ranked as one of Australia’s leading dispute resolution practitioners in Chambers Asia Pacific and Legal 500 Asia Pacific, describing him as a ‘very impressive litigator’ who is ‘very well regarded in this market. He has also been recognized in Best Lawyers International and was named as ‘Lawyer of the Year’ for the category of Alternative Dispute Resolution.

Jonathan graduated from The University of New South Wales in 1999 and was admitted to practice as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of NSW and the High Court of Australia. He joined Arnold Bloch Leibler in 2006 and was appointed as a partner in 2009.
