Claire Thomson

Claire Thomson has a diverse work experience. Claire started their career in 2002 as a Systems Developer at Arnold Clark, where they worked until 2016. In this role, they developed and maintained systems for the company. From 2016 to 2017, Claire served as a Technical Lead, overseeing technical projects. Claire then transitioned to the role of Lead Applications Architect from 2017 to 2018, responsible for designing and implementing applications. Following this, they worked as a Solutions Architect for a brief period in 2018. Claire is currently employed at Arnold Clark as an Architecture & Operations Lead Engineer, a role they have held since October 2018. In addition to their corporate experience, Claire has worked as a Freelance Photographer since 2010. Claire has had their photographs published by various media outlets and has worked with artists and bloggers.

Claire Thomson attended the University of the West of Scotland from 2000 to 2002, where they earned a Bsc (Hons) degree in Media Technology. Additionally, during the same time period, they also attended Langside College.
