Paul Ryder has extensive work experience in the automotive industry. Paul started their career at GE Capital as a Remarketing Sales Executive and eventually became a Remarketing Sales Manager, handling territories in Stoke-On-Trent and Manchester. In 2011, they worked briefly as a Performance Development Consultant at Arnold Clark before transitioning to the position of General Manager. During their time at Arnold Clark, Paul managed a high-volume used car dealership, achieving record-breaking sales volumes and profits. In 2017, they joined Renault Trucks as a Key Account Manager and later returned to Arnold Clark as the General Sales Manager. Paul currently holds the position of Head of Business at Arnold Clark, demonstrating their growth and leadership within the company.
