Vincent Zou

Vincent Zou is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in establishing and managing production operations across various industries. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Arnold Magnetic Technologies since August 2015, Vincent has successfully led the setup of a new branch in Heyuan City, Guangdong. Prior to this role, Vincent was Deputy General Manager at Huizhou Tianze Precious Metals Company Limited, overseeing the startup of operations from the ground up. Earlier positions include Production Manager at Umicore Jewelry Materials Processing, where facilities were established from scratch, and Production Manager at Perlos, responsible for developing surface treatment processes. Vincent's career began at Foxconn Group, where lab supervision was a key focus, coupled with roles in R&D for plating processes. Vincent holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Huazhong University of Science and Technology.
