Ryan Dotson possesses extensive experience in hospitality and guest service management, currently serving as a Distribution Specialist at Arnold Motor Supply since March 2021. Prior to this role, Ryan was the General Manager at The Inn Hotel, where responsibilities included planning and executing the opening of the boutique hotel and overseeing daily operations. Ryan also held various managerial positions with Disney, including Guest Experience Manager at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground and Guest Services Manager at several Disney resorts. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Northern Iowa and a High School Diploma from Spencer High School.
